Project inquiries

Our inquiry and calculator-download forms send the information you enter to Johnson Construction through Web3Forms. We use that information to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive personal information in a project message.

Website usage

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages people visit and which tools and contact links they use. Analytics can include referral sources, device information and approximate location. Cookies or browser storage can connect visits from the same browser.

Heatmaps and session recordings help us find confusing or broken interactions. Form inputs are masked in recordings. Our named conversion events do not include your name, email address, phone number or message. An inquiry-button event records an attempt, not confirmation that an inquiry was delivered.

Johnson has its own Google Analytics stream. PostHog is managed in our website operator's shared project, where Johnson activity is labeled separately by site and hostname. The browser choice below applies to both services.
