Coppertop Storage

Coppertop Storage is a 25,000-square-foot single-story self-storage facility in Charleston, Utah. The project serves the Heber Valley with ground-level storage buildings arranged for direct access from the property’s drive aisles.

The single-story format keeps the building systems direct and durable. Metal framing establishes the unit layout, roof and wall panels close the envelope, and exterior roll-up doors provide access to each rentable space. Trim, flashing, and drainage components finish the building against the valley’s seasonal weather.

Johnson Construction lists Coppertop Storage Charleston among its completed projects. The facility shows a compact drive-up storage plan built around straightforward tenant access and a consistent metal building system.
