At this scale, single-story self-storage construction requires consistency across every building. Structural bays, roof panels, wall panels, doors, trim, and drainage details repeat across the property, while the site circulation has to preserve usable access along each row.

Johnson Construction lists Freeway Storage Bountiful in its completed-project archive. The property demonstrates how a traditional drive-up format can carry more than 100,000 square feet while retaining the direct access that defines single-story storage.
