Marina Cove Storage is a 92,000-square-foot single-story self-storage facility in American Fork, Utah. The project places ground-level storage buildings across a northern Utah County site, giving tenants direct access to exterior units from the internal drive aisles.
The facility’s metal building system carries the repeated unit layout from one row to the next. Structural framing sets the dimensions, roof and wall panels complete the envelope, and exterior roll-up doors open each rentable space to the drive aisle. The frontage brings those working storage systems into a finished commercial property.
Johnson Construction lists Marina Cove Storage among its completed projects in American Fork. The facility documents the company’s work in large single-story self-storage construction within one of Utah County’s established growth markets.
