Simple Storage

Simple Storage is a 25,000-square-foot single-story self-storage project in American Fork, Utah. The compact facility uses ground-level storage construction to keep units directly accessible from the property’s internal circulation.

Metal framing, roofing, wall panels, roll-up doors, and exterior trim form the working storage building. The repeated building geometry supports a practical unit layout without the elevators and interior circulation required by a vertical facility.

Johnson Construction includes Simple Storage American Fork in its completed-project archive. The project shows the same self-storage building systems used on larger sites applied to a smaller facility footprint.
